Hartford area housing stable in 2010

The median sale price of single-family homes and condos in the Hartford area remained stable in 2010, while closed and pending sales dropped around 10 percent. Also, new listings rose, as did the average number of days a house spent on the market, by 7 and 3 percent, respectively.
