Question by helper725: Can ghosts inhabit apartment buildings or condos just like they do houses?

For example, have there been sightings of ghosts in upper floors or rooms in apartments/condos? Those ghost hunting shows only go to haunted houses.

The dead cannot be ghosts, since the dead are in heaven or hell, depending only on whether they believed in Jesus as God and Messiah, or not.
