Question by reitzell91: How do I reference an essay that is referencing another essay?

This reference I want to use is good for my essay, but the actual bit I'm referencing is from another study which I wouldn't of been able to find by myself.

I assume I just find the study myself and just reference it.

I would not reference another essay unless you want to take a quote of the author's stated opinion or something.
